Moorsley Hut Outdoor Activity Cube

Partnering with Moorsley & District CIO community Centre & Apextra we worked with a group of adult learners over 10 weeks to design a outdoor giant activity and storage cube for the children of visiting the centre. This was a fantastic learner lead project, that saw learners applying key numerical skills to a practical fun and creative project using reclaimed wood. One of the highlights to the project was using our new Shaper portable CNC machine where the learners learnt how to create a vector image upload it to the machine and cut the shape out in minutes!
