Training

In 2022 we piloted our first training programme - Positive Steps. Utilising our live commercial projects as a training opportunity we take people through our design process, teaching sketching, 3D design, estimating and woodworking to encourage more people into design and making industries. In 2023 this project was extended in partnership with social Enterprise funders UnLtd allowing us to introduce and train more people in design and woodwork.
